Soft Washing
What Is Soft Washing?
Soft washing is a low-pressure, non-aggressive cleaning method. We use a range of high-quality, professional grade chemicals to remove algae, lichen, moss, and more, in conjunction with soft washing for optimum results.
These chemicals are applied via a pumping system and dispersed through a spray lance, or a telescopic pole with a spray nozzle or brush attachment. This technology means that we don’t have to access your roof and walk upon it – ensuring our safety and your peace of mind. If we’re unable to access the area needed using our telescopic equipment, we will use safe and secure scaffolding to gain access, however, most cleans can be completed from ground level.
We leave any chemicals to dwell for a short period of time before rinsing with water at a low pressure, the pressure is equivalent to that of a garden tap. The process is then completed with the application of our HSE approved and label compliant biocide treatment. This treatment will kill any remaining spores and continue to self-cleanse the treated area, as well as controlling any regrowth – keeping your surfaces cleaner for longer (treated areas should be free from regrowth for 3-5 years)!

Pressure Washing Suitability
Pressure washing is suitable for a variety of hard surfaces, providing great care is taken to keep pressures to a minimum. This is to prevent possible damage to the surfaces being cleaned, and also, the reason we use our 22-inch Flat Surface Cleaner.

Gutter Cleaning
We use an industrial gutter vacuum with superb suction to reach awkward areas with ease. Our industrial high-reach gutter vacuum is complete with its own monitor and inspection camera system, allowing us to make light work of cleaning your gutters in those hard-to-reach places.
We can also clean lower-level gutters by hand, if desired. We remove all leaves, moss, and debris that can build up in your gutters, ensuring clean, unblocked gutters. We also check all associated downpipes and hoppers for blockages and clear them as required.
In addition, we will check all joints, outlets and brackets for damage and, or leaks, and replace them as necessary. Our camera survey shows us exactly what is needed, and each customer is welcome to be present!
For cleaning uPVC fascia and guttering, we also use a soft wash approach! We apply a cleaning chemical through a water fed telescopic pole with a soft brush attached, then rinse with low-pressure (equivalent to a garden tap pressure).
After every clean, we can provide photos or a video report of the completed job for your peace of mind, or for insurance purposes.
Please note:
